About

The largest auction of important Western, Wildlife, and Sporting Art in the Southwest.

Founded in 2005 by three of the most respected names in the field: Michael Frost of New York City’s J. N. Bartfield Galleries, Jack Morris of Morris Whiteside Galleries in Hilton Head, South Carolina, and Brad Richardson of Legacy Galleries of Scottsdale, Arizona, Jackson, Wyoming, and Bozeman, Montana; the Scottsdale Art Auction has enjoyed rapid growth and a phenomenal increase in popularity since its inception.

The three founders perceived a need in the Southwest for a major auction devoted to important works of interest to collectors of Western, Wildlife and Sporting art and united their art expertise and auction acumen to create this unique event. The Scottsdale Art Auction takes place in a specially designed state-of-the-art, 10,000 square foot gallery showroom where the work is superbly displayed for the four weeks that lead up to the auction.
